Terms of use

One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for everything done through your account. Course access is personal and may not be shared, resold or used by more than one learner.

A course is a one-time purchase at the price shown at checkout, in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe. Access to the course is granted as soon as the payment succeeds.

If something goes wrong with a payment or you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will look into it.

If the course is not right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full, provided you have not passed the final assessment and been issued a certificate. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and access to the course ends when the refund is issued.

After a certificate has been issued, or after 14 days, the purchase is final. Nothing here limits any refund right you have under the law where you live.

A certificate is issued when you complete every lesson and pass the final exam at or above the published passing score. Each certificate carries a verification link that anyone can check.

Certificates do not expire and there is no renewal fee. Your verification link stays live for as long as we operate the platform. If you delete your account, the certificate record is removed and the link stops resolving.

Certificates confirm completion of this course only. They are not a state licence, accreditation or a substitute for any qualification your employer or regulator requires.

Lessons, audio and assessments are the property of Hayden and are provided for your personal learning. Do not copy, record, redistribute or publish them.

The material is educational guidance for caregivers. It is not medical advice — in an emergency or for a health concern, contact a medical professional.
