How we handle your information

This page is maintained by Hayden and describes the data the certification platform collects and why. It is not a legal opinion or an independent audit.

What we collect

Account details you give us: your email address and the name you want printed on your certificate. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email and name from Google.

Learning records created as you use the course: which lessons you completed, quiz and final exam scores, and any certificate issued to you.

Purchase records: the amount paid, a payment reference, and any promotion code used. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's payment form and are never stored on our servers.

Why we use it

To give you access to the course you purchased, save your place, grade assessments, issue and verify certificates, and provide support when you contact us.

Who can see it

Your account and progress are visible only to you and to Hayden staff who administer the course. Certificate verification pages show only the recipient name, course title and issue date — never your email, scores or purchase details.

We rely on service providers to run the platform: Supabase (database, authentication and file storage), Stripe (payments) and Lovable (hosting). They process data on our behalf.

Keeping it and deleting it

We keep learning and certificate records for as long as your certificate needs to remain verifiable. You can ask us to correct or delete your account at any time by writing to us; deleting an account removes your progress and revokes certificate verification.
